What our Industry clients have to say about us

"We have been delighted with the support we have received from Soar Beyond in developing a compelling payer value proposition and testing/ co-designing this with their excellent network of NHS payers. Soar Beyond always delivers to a high standard, challenging us and our teams to improve the way that we engage. We have also valued their in-depth training and coaching interventions with our field based teams, helping them understand the pressures of commissioning customers and how to help them solve problems rather than adding to their pre existing list!

“Since working with soar beyond, Nutricia has succeeded in engaging with commissioners on the wider outcomes-related arguments and evidence for our products. We value working with the team and view them as a trusted partner, committed to our success. Soar Beyond has conducted over 10 NHS Payor workshops for us last year; these have been instrumental in helping us to better engage with this increasingly important customer group and aligning our services and messages accordingly.

Most importantly, because they are a nimble and innovative organisation, they have been able to devise unique and bespoke implementation and commissioning support projects, that could only have been created and sold with deep expertise of the commissioning environment.”

Feedback on the e-digest

”Just wanted to say how fabulous this [e-digest] piece is!! Thank you so much for saving me so much reading time! This is succinct and specific to the here and now we are facing – with the focus on customer facing time plus other internal roles – I was starting to feel like I was really falling behind in my knowledge – having hundreds of pages to read on various topics and not really knowing where to start with the limited time we now have for research etc. Thank you very much and I look forward to the next issue."

“We have just renewed our annual contract for the bespoke e-digest bulletins because of the outstanding feedback we get from both our Head Office and field-based teams. The e-digest keeps us informed about NHS changes and most importantly translates these into what they mean for us and our specific products; they are informative, engaging and eye-catching.“

What our NHS clients have to say about us

Ian Mullan supported me in my role as  the Chief Operating Officer  Harrow CCG, through taking on a leadership of the Medicines Management Service. I appreciated the robust support he provide both the organisation and to me  at a challenging time. Ian swiftly executed a project plan inherited from his predecessor, through orchestrating and engaging a team previously lacking leadership and direction. He established a very positive following during his time in the CCG, and has left a legacy amongst both the team he built and the wider senior management team. I would recommend Ian for his ability, energy and enthusiasm to get things done, whilst being perceptive to his surroundings and circumstances.

"Soar Beyond has provided practice based support for the past two years and has supported Waddesdon Surgery by helping us achieve the following:

  • Payments for QOF Medicines Standard 6 and 10 and prescribing incentive schemes
  • Supporting the GPs in practice on appropriate and cost effective prescribing which has now lead to an underspend on the prescribing budget for the practice.
  • Our practice based pharmacist has implemented cost effective and evidence based audits at Waddesdon. Some of the audits delivered are as follows: High dose inhaled corticosteroid review, Stoma appliance review, and Safety interventions such as amlodipine and simvastatin interaction, NSAID reviews. Our pharmacist made appropriate recommendations which were then discussed and agreed by the practice. This would then be followed up by implementing the changes and contacting the patients to keep them in the loop and informed.
  • Providing Added Value Services were provided at no extra cost such as a visioning exercise in a PLT session, blood glucose testing strips review and switches, support for CQC where relevant to medicines management and support to dispensing team."

"I am writing to say thanks for the Hypertension MOT service that you provided our practice. We found the review to be very useful, not only in identifying the uncontrolled hypertensives and suggesting a management plan but as an added bonus all aspects of the patients medication were reviewed and ideas to save money on our prescribing budget was also recommended.

The results were presented in a clear informative manner for each prescriber. Patients that were called in for a review with the pharmacist were given an in depth medication review where issues such as compliance and lifestyle were discussed. I believe this service was delivered in an efficient, professional manner and definitely helped our patients to understand the importance of compliance with regard to hypertension management. The feedback we have received from our patients has been very positive and that they found the review extremely informative and useful.

The project definitely added value to our hypertension management service that we currently provide at our Practice. Many thanks"
